Valerie Lang is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Professional Clinical Counselor Intern with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). She specializes in working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, older age individuals, and families dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, self worth, relationship, and life adjustments due to personal loss and life limiting illnesses.
As a therapist, Valerie’s desire is to provide a safe and confidential setting that provides a supportive therapeutic environment where healing of the heart, mind, and spirit may begin. She understands that the journey towards living life grounded in peace, purpose, and wholeness is attainable – one step at a time.
