Adrienne is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor trainee working towards her Master’s in Counseling through the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. In the years following undergrad, Adrienne became a certified yoga instructor, worked as an EMT and ER Technician, and spent five months as a missionary in Australia and Papua New Guinea. Each of these experiences has greatly deepened her understanding of her own faith, the true nature and character of God and augmented her desire for being a vessel for Christ’s abounding love, grace, and mercy.

Adrienne is passionate about seeing others experience the depth and breadth of the abundant life that has been in store for them all along and step more into the person they were created to be. Some of the ways she believes this may take place is through the development of healthy interpersonal relationships and the incorporation of self-care practices. Her hope and desire is to empower and walk alongside her clients as they unpack their stories. Her prayer: for them to experience being fully known and fully loved.

Apart from counseling, Adrienne enjoys reading (especially faith-related non-fiction books), listening to podcasts, spending time outdoors and in the sunshine, going for PCH drives, exploring and adventuring to new places with her husband, and spending quality time in the Word.

Her current endeavors: learning how to cook and starting up a woodworking business with her husband!
